Normally, if you call between the hours of 8am and 9pm I will answer the phone myself and provide you with that "Second to None style of Customer Service". I will not let you down... I know what it is like when I buy something on the internet and can not get a response when I need them. So, if you have a question about a product, an installation question, or just a general comment give me a call... I am here... In the event any of my products become defective, a LED is burnt out, or something is just plain old not working, I request you to call me explaining the problem. If I can not solve the problem over the phone I will request you return the item in question. Once I receive the return I will send you a replacement for the item returned. Yes, it is replaced without question. All my products have a Lifetime Guarantee for as long as you own the product. Again No Questions Asked.
